Tom Mason appointed Director at Fellside Estates
Fellside Estates has appointed Tom Mason as a Director. Tom, who has been with Fellside Estates for five years, will take increasing responsibility for the day-to-day running of the company.
"Although the current climate is making development projects difficult, we are continuing to grow and strengthen the business," says Tom. "We have recently been committed to a long term project restoring an old wool factory in Leicester and converting it into high quality student accommodation. Despite the economic situation, we are still actively pursuing opportunities."
Tom deals with the day-to-day management of Fellside Estates' portfolio. On the commercial side, he manages the multi let properties and industrial estates. He is responsible for the student accommodation element of the portfolio, including day to day management and identifying opportunities to maximise return.
He is also involved with identifying and developing new projects and the refurbishment of existing properties within the portfolio.
Tom graduated from The College of Estate Management's Graduate Development programme with merit and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
